Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Renewal Service Executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
• Policy Renewals Oversight: Oversee the renewal process, ensuring that all team members are effectively contacting customers before their insurance policies expire.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained by the team, addressing complex inquiries and resolving issues when necessary.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in policy renewals, customer service, and compliance.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on team activities, renewal rates, customer feedback, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to lead and develop a team.
• No English required; you can communicate in the language you are comfortable with.
