A specialized protection plan for the privileged elder to cover particularly old age disease. Exclusively designed for Citizens aged 61 years to 80 years for hospitalization in India only. Provision for continuation of plan post the age of 81 of the insured subject to renewal of plan without any break Sum Insured is between Rs.1 lac to Rs.3 lacs in multiples of Rs.50, 000/ Benefits Covered Under the Plan. Room, Boarding Expenses as provided by the Hospital / nursing home Nursing Expenses Expenses towards Surgeon fee, Anesthetist, Medical Practitioner, Consultants, Specialists Fees Cost incurred in purchase of Anesthesia, Blood, Oxygen, Operation Theatre Charges, surgical appliances, Medicines & Drugs, Diagnostic Materials and X-ray. Expenses towards Dialysis, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Cost of Peacemaker, Artificial Limbs & Cost of organs and similar expenses. Expenses incurred for medical treatment for a period exceeding three days for cases wherein the condition of the patient is such that he / she cannot be removed to the hospital / nursing home and hence requires the treatment at home based on doctors recommendation.
