Job Description:

• Policy Renewals: Call customers before their insurance policy expires to remind them about renewing it.
• Customer Service: Answer customer questions and help them understand their insurance renewal options.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of your conversations and transactions with customers.
• Customer Retention: Help keep our customers happy and encourage them to renew their policies.
• Compliance: Follow company rules and legal guidelines when handling renewals.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• No English required; you can communicate in the language you are comfortable with.
• Only a mobile phone is needed for the job.
