Job Description:

• Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote motor and health insurance products/services and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining product features, and assisting with purchasing decisions related to motor and health insurance.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas for motor and health insurance plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions related to motor and health insurance sales.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques specific to motor and health insurance to effectively pitch and sell insurance plans.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts, share insights, and contribute to team goals for motor and health insurance sales.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements for motor and health insurance.
