A personal accident cover is provided for individual owner or driver of the vehicle insured while traveling in, mounting or dismounting from the vehicle. The cover is for death and any kind of permanent disability or any the consequential event in post six month of accident. The reparation shall be payable under only one of below mentioned cases towards the event of claim raised for owner-driver arising out of any one occurrence and the total liability of the insurer shall not in the aggregate exceed the sum of Rs. 2 lakh during any one period of insurance
