An insurance expert will assist the customers in this process based out of another location. The company has stated that the virtual reality based customer service platform will display all the policy related information that will occupy customers through visual assist mediums like animations, infographics, etc. Mr. Nilesh Sathe, a member of IRDAI has said that this VR-based customer service platform is first-of-its-kind in the insurance market.
