Eight Years. One Purpose. One Customer.

Every company starts with an idea. Insuremile started with a commitment. A commitment to make insurance simple, affordable and easy to understand for India’s two-wheeler owners.

Eight Years. One Purpose. One Customer.

The Discipline of Time

Building trust cannot be rushed. It takes years of listening, learning and improving. For more than eight years, my time has been invested in one purpose: Helping customers make better insurance decisions. I believe long-term commitment creates long-term trust.

The Discipline of Thought

One of the biggest decisions I made was not to serve everyone. Instead, we focused on one customer: India’s two-wheeler owners. Millions of customers are still underinsured or do not fully understand their insurance. Rather than solving many problems, we chose to solve one problem well. Focus gives us clarity.

The Discipline of Action

Ideas are only valuable when they improve customers’ lives. That is why we follow one simple approach: Think → Do → Learn → Improve. We think carefully, take action, learn from every customer, and improve continuously.

Learning From India

India is one country with many realities. Every state is different, every language is different, every customer has different needs. The only way to understand India is to serve Indian customers every day.

The Role of Leadership

Leadership is about creating an environment where people can learn, grow and serve customers better. When our employees grow, our customers receive better service.

Why We Continue

We are not trying to become the biggest insurance company. We are trying to become one of the most trusted. Every customer question strengthens our Learning Centre, every employee suggestion improves our company, and every renewal tells us whether we have earned trust.

Time builds experience.

Focus builds expertise.

Action creates improvement.

People earn trust.

Trust builds the future.
