Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role will specifically focus on the renewal of Own Damage (OD) policies for scooter insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance renewals, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless renewal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to scooter insurance OD policy renewals.
- Assist customers with the renewal process, providing clear and accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the completion of their renewal process.
- Educate customers about the benefits of renewing their OD policies and answer any related questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and feedback are addressed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
